The first floor of the Continental Gin Building is a solo worker's paradise. The Continental Gin Building's third floor is a dedicated tenant floor, featuring 8 spec suites that are fully-furnished, turnkey, and outfitted with everything your team needs to do its best work.
These new Deep Ellum spec suites are equipped with a mix of rearrangeable desks and dedicated private offices.
